I used to live at Arbors West and I was there for 7 years and it was nothing but hell I give this place zero Stars. Trust me when I say the food is horrible and trying to get sleep at night is like a nightmare. I got out of this place on October 1st 2020 and I sure as hell won''t never go back to another nursing home. I personally think the state need to shut down Arbors West and put a shopping center there. Don''t put your family in this facility if you truly love them and care about them. A complaint is a negative occurrence that has been reported by residents, their families, and nursing home staff.

New management and staff have made the environment much nicer. 4 stars compared to the OH average of 3.29 and a National average of 3.12. 4 stars compared to the OH average of 3.74 and a National average of 3.33. 3 stars compared to the OH average of 2.5 and a National average of 3.15. 3 stars compared to the OH average of 3.81 and a National average of 3.62.
Each community has a certified number of beds that are available. The staff are all so very kind and compassionate about their jobs. They took me in with open arms which I never had that at any other place I worked at. They all became my family and I can’t wait for many more years and memories with all of them.
